So what is a young fruit yogurt lover to do?

Make your own healthier version! Mix 1/2 cup of ordinary yogurt, Greek or 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen fruit (and frozen), such as fruit, sugary cherries or wild blueberries and 1/2 teaspoon from extract from Pure vanilla.
