Kiwi, cucumber and salsa with mango

Gives 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1 cucumber, sown and chopped
4 kiwi, peeled and chopped
2 mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 pepper red, chopped
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, cantoned
1 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped
2 lawyer, chopped
Coriander 1/4 cup, roughly chopped
4 c. Health-Ade Jalapeño-Kiwi-cucumber Kombucha
1/4 c. black pepper
1/2 c. sea salt
How to do it
- Mix all fruits and vegetables (cucumber, kiwi, mango, red onion, pepper, cherry tomatoes, Jalapeño, lawyer and coriander) in a big bowl. Mix quite.
- Add to Kombucha, sea salt and black pepper. Mix well.
- Serve with whirlpool tortilla, on tacos, on the grilled chicken or seafood, or just on a spoon!
