A simple big grain free grade
This healthy breakfast is a delicious combio of nuts, seeds, alternative flour and spices.
For many of us, oatmeal is a taste for fast and healthy breakfast options. This recipe reimagine classic oats forTout 30 andpaleo diets, and is also vegan and gluten free. Give 2 to 4 servings
Ingredients
1/3 cup of finely chopped nuts
1 tablespoon of flaxseed
2 tablespoons of almond flour
2 c. Chia seed tea, more for filling
1/2 c.
1/4 Ginger tires on the ground
1/4 c. Sea salt tea
3/4 to 1 cup of almond milk or coconut milk in bold
2 tablespoons of date syrup
How to do it
- In a medium bowl, combine nuts, linen flax, almond flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger and salt.
- In a small saucepan or microwave, heat the milk (start with 3/4 cup) with date syrup up almost boiling.
- Pour the liquid on the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Top with chia seeds or other desired fittings.
