You have badly made bacon

Stovetop, microwave or oven? We discovered the best way to cook the bacon.

When I was growing up, my mother was still the master cooking breakfast with the microwave. I was always surprised at the way she could cook a huge bowl of scrambled eggs, followed by a plate ofBacon, using the small microwave in our kitchen. After watching his magic microwaves, I always installed myself to cook the microwave bacon as I am old. This seemed to be the most practical method, and honestly, the simplest method of cleaning fat.

But now that I am what we can judge an educated food publisher, I had to question my old thought: cook by microwave bacon the best way to do it? Not in terms of cleaning, because we all know that the bacon becomes messy and wafts in your kitchen for days. But in terms of taste, is microwave really king? Or are the two other methods-hob and oven-best methods? And no, you donot want togrill bacon.

Here is an easy step tutorial to follow you!

I put this logic at the test by cooking bacon in three different ways. Here's what I concluded as the tastiest way to cook bacon.

Third place: hob

Although this seems to be the classic way to cook some slices of bacon, cooking bacon on theCook was not up to the microwave or the oven. To cook the bacon, I used a cast iron pan with medium-low heat. I looked at the bacon as cooked, returns the slices when it seemed appropriate to switch - usually after two or three minutes. After the first turnaround, the bacon was still uncooked. When he was ready to return again, the bacon on the top still seemed uncooked. But when I returned, the bottom was almost carbon.

Now, I admit, I'm not an expert at baking the baked plate, I did only a few times. The bacon needs even lower heat to cook on a hob and a longer period. However, if the bacon on the cooking plate will be this fickle compared to the ease of cooking in the microwave or in the oven, it seems almost unnecessary to cook bacon using this method.

Once the bacon has been removed from the pan, many pieces were still completely uncooked, while other parts of the slice were burned at a crispy cloth. He has tasted much salty and crisp like a tranche of bacon - but it was not so nice to eat.

Second place: microwave

I admit, eat bacon cooked from themicrowave triggers a tip of nostalgia for me. But after having tasted the three styles together, I do not think it's the best way to cook the bacon. I find that bake for 3 minutes waiting for 30 seconds, then cooking for 1 minute more makes the bacon perfectly crisp that I like. However, parts of the tranche have not been carefully cooked. I found myself having delicious bins from bacon, while other bites were more coherent, which made death difficult.

Although microwave cooking seems easier to control with respect to the hob, it has not been at the top of my list. There was still a certain inconsistency in the cake texture of the bacon, the amarrant to second place overall.

First place: oven

It can take longer to cook bacon in this way, but honestly, it's worth waiting. Baconoven is perfectly crispy and fat, like what I'm waiting for a dinner. The texture is consistent and there was no part of the uncooked bacon - each piece was baked uniformly.

To cook the bacon in the oven, place a piece of parchment paper on a pastry plate. Detach the slices and cook in a preheated oven of 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. If you like chewing bacon, check it for 15 minutes and see if it's up to your taste.
