The color of this plant-based matcha smoothie talks about volumes on its health benefits - you need this vibrant green color in your diet!Matchta is an ingredient that you can recognize as a recent addition in the coffee menus. It is a finely powdered green tea, specially selected from Japan. Rich in antioxidants, more particularly polyphenols, is known for its potential to help protect against heart disease. Although many like the green matcha color ready for food and drinks, its strong taste can be dissuasive. By pairing with honey and mint, this smoothie is a great way for beginners to add matcha to your morning.

Made 1 Smoothie

Ingredients

1 jelly banana, broken in pieces
1/2 cup packed baby spinach
2 c. Too much honey of wild flowers
1 bouquet of fresh mint leaves
1 TSP Matcha Powder
1 teaspoon of wheat powder
1/2 cup of ice cubes
3/4 cup of water

How to do it

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Mix it on the bottom, then finish on a high temperature for 1 to 2 minutes until you are smooth.
