The color of this plant-based matcha smoothie talks about volumes on its health benefits - you need this vibrant green color in your diet!Matchta is an ingredient that you can recognize as a recent addition in the coffee menus. It is a finely powdered green tea, specially selected from Japan. Rich in antioxidants, more particularly polyphenols, is known for its potential to help protect against heart disease. Made 1 Smoothie
Ingredients
1 jelly banana, broken in pieces
1/2 cup packed baby spinach
2 c. Too much honey of wild flowers
1 bouquet of fresh mint leaves
1 TSP Matcha Powder
1 teaspoon of wheat powder
1/2 cup of ice cubes
3/4 cup of water
How to do it
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Mix it on the bottom, then finish on a high temperature for 1 to 2 minutes until you are smooth.
