These Caprese skewers are the best aperitif

You can not be fully ready for the summer before getting out one of these Caprese skewers. There are so many things we love about this recipe - it's incredibly healthy, super delicious, and have we mentioned that it can be prepared and ready in less than ten minutes? Yes, it's really so easy.
Another aspect of this dish that we love is that it can be totally customizable for your taste. Not a fan of Cantaloupe? Turn off for pineapple or honey or any other fruit or vegetables you like. There is no bad addition, nothing goes!

Gives 10 servings
You will need
1 pint of strawberries
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
1 pint of blueberries
1 cup of mozzarella of marinated bocconci
2 cups cantaloupes, trenches
1 bouquet of fresh basil
3 tablespoons of reduced balsamic vinegar
10 wooden skewers
How to do it
- Slice the cantaloupe into small pieces on the size of strawberries. (If strawberries are too big, slice in half)
- Make sure all fruits and basil are rinsed and place in individual bowls.
- Skewers fruits, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil in various combinations and patterns.
- Place all skewers on a large cutting board or tray once filled and drizzle with a reduced balsamic vinegar to finish them.
- Serve with extra balsamic vinegar to soak and enjoy!
