Most of us agree that on some of the hottest days, the first thing you want to do, whether on your work path during the week or on the way to a walk around the park on weekends, is pick up aiced coffee drink. However, it's really easy to do it too much on the first morning calories when you choose an icy or frozen coffee drink.
