Pistachio cake with winter citrus

If you consider yourself ready to plant and adonate to a yoghurt, butter and eggs, especially during cooking dessert, then you will love this pistachio cake with winter citrus fruits! Surmated with vanilla yogurt, oranges and salt pistachios, this decadent dessert will certainly please you to a crowd.

Ingredients

1 1/4 bombardedWonderful roasted and salty pistaches
1 cup of all-purpose flour, sieved
1/2 c. Cooking powder
1/4 c. Muscade nuts
1 cup of granulated sugar, plus 1 c.
1/2 cup of non-salty butter
1 1/2 Coffee Spoon of Vanilla Extract
3 big eggs
3 oranges, segmented, 1/2 cup of reserved juice
1 tablespoon of honey
2 cups of Vanilla yogurt
SeashellWonderful roasted and salty pistaches, chopped roughly

instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 325 ° F. Grease an 8-inch round cake stove with cooking spray and align the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together sifted all-purpose flour, cooking powder and nutmeg in a bowl. Put aside.
  3. Combine 1/4 cup of wonderful pistachios and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a culinary robot until they are crumbs. Remove from the culinary robot and set aside.
  4. Pulse remaining 1 cup of wonderful pistachios up to fine chopped and some pieces of pea waist remain.
  5. Beat the butter and 1 cup of sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. Add the vanilla extract, then the eggs one at a time, beating to incorporate into the mixture between each egg. Beat for 1 minute after adding the last egg so that the mixture is lightweight and mellow. Incorporate the flour mixture just up to incorporated and stir in magnificent pulsed pistaches by hand.
  6. Spread a paste uniformly into the prepared cake and sprinkle the finely transformed sugar and the magnificent mixture of crumbs of pistachios on the top.
  7. Cook about 1 hour and 20 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center exits clean. Cool in the pan, then remove gently.
  8. Combine booked orange juice and honey for glaze in a small saucepan and bring a cooker. Remove from heat and let cool.
  9. Top cake with yogurt dolls then orange segments. Garnish generously with wonderful pistaches chopped extras and chased all the cake.

Black chocolate pistachio "beautiful cream"

No cream? No problem! You can always enjoy a delicious dessert frozen by a hot day thanks to this pistachio based on her plant "beautiful cream". Here's how to do it:

Ingredients

1 cupWonderful pistaches no slightly salty shells
4 cups of water. Split
1/4 cup agave syrup
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of dark chocolate, cut into pieces
1/2 cupWonderful pistaches no slightly salty shells, chopped roughly

How to do it

  1. Place the bowl of the ice cream machine in the freezer (depending on the manufacturer's directions) at least 24 hours before making beautiful cream.
  2. Add pistachios and 2 cups of water to a medium bowl or jar. Cover with lid and refrigerate one night or for at least 8 hours.
  3. Rinse and drain pistachios soaked in a colander, removing all pistachio skins on the surface of softened pistachios rubbing and peeing with your fingers.
  4. Transfer pistachios into the container of a high power mixer with the remaining 2 cups of fresh water with agave syrup and vanilla. Process until well mixed and creamy, about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the pistachio milk through a fine mesh strainer in a bowl. Cover and transfer to the refrigerator. Chill until the mixture is completely cold, about 2 hours.
  6. Freeze mixing in the ice cream machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Incorporate pieces of dark chocolate and a half-cup of pistachios chopped roughly and transfer to a shallow container or a drinking pot. Freezing until closing, about 1-3 hours.
