A major effect of eating almonds, says a new study
Surprising research on this popular snack could encourage you to store.

Search published inProcedure of the Mayo Clinic 22 men and women with high cholesterol that undertook a series of dietary interventions over a period of three months.
Two of the interventions concerned almonds, eaten for seven consecutive days and researchers followed the quantity of these calories who became "bioactiles", which means that they were absorbed completely through the digestive system.
