A grilled banana division intended to be appreciated

If you have not yet grilled fruit, it's the dish that you convince you to do it all the time!


There is really something transformer about how thebanana Emerge in a grid grid. The hot caramelized fruit adds a layer of sexuesse to the classic split, especially of the heat of the banana plays the cold of theice cream. Serve 4

You will need

2 bananas, not peeled (for the best possible scissions, bananas must be ripe, but not mild.)
2 c. Light brown sugar
4 spoons with ice vanilla
4 tablespoons of chocolate sauce, heated
4 c. Roasted and salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

How to do it

  1. Preheat a grill or grid over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut the bananas in two in the direction of length, be sure to leave each half in the skin.
  3. Coat the cut sides of bananas with brown sugar, using your fingers to press the sugar in the flesh of the fruit.
  4. Place the bananas on the grill, cut the sides and grill for about 3 minutes, until the caramelized sugar and forms a dark brown crust. Go back and grill for 2 to 3 minutes, until bananas are heated throughout the crossing, but not mordatted.
  5. Remove the peels of bananas and place each half in the bottom of a bowl.
  6. At the top with a spoon of ice cream, a good drizzle of hot chocolate sauce and a handful of peanuts.

Eat

So, no one can really chat with a grilled banana. Rich in potassium and all the vitamins you need, it makes an incredible healthdessert. It's a classic featured player at the top of a split (it's called aBanana split, after all). But grilling fruit is a great addition to all desserts because it adds both a tanned and sweet taste that contains important vitamins and nutrients more often than not absent from our favorite ice cream trim.
