Ingredients
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 medium apples, peeled and slices
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Coconut cream 1/2 cup
1/4 Cup date syrup
1/4 c. TSP SEL Kosher
How to do it
- In a large pan, melt coconut oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook, stirring occasionally until it is softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a mixer, combine the cream with coconut, date syrup and kosher salt. Mix up the pale color and completely whipped.
- Divide the hot apples between two bowls and water the sauce on the top.
