Decadent Strawberry Shortcake and Low Calorie

You will need
2 cups of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
Pinch of freshly cracked black pepper (it may seem a curious addition to this mixture, but the black pepper brings a subtle heat that pairs well with fruit and vinegar.)
1 tablespoon of butter (optional)
4 corner cakes of angel food, each thick of 1 "

How to do it
- Mix strawberries, vinegar and pepper and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Heat a grill, a grilling pan or a nonstick saucepan until hot. (If you use the pan, add the butter; if grilling, omit the butter entirely.)
- Add the cake slices and cook until caramelisance and grilled. Transfer to 4 dessert plates.
- At the top with strawberries, their liquid and a spoonful of whipped cream.
