Air Fryer Chipotle Chickpea Tacos

This meal at factory is the perfect week dinner for four!


Chickpeasalso called Garbanzo beans, are an excellentalternative to meat. They are full of nutrients likemagnesium andpotassium and are a good source of protein and fiber. These filling chickpeas tacos samples typical Taco meat for a beautiful herbal taco, even a meat lover appreciate. The sauce gives them a unique smoke heat that pairs well with fresh ingredients. Serves 4

You will need

2 (15 oz) Canets Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup of adobo sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 black pepper teaspoon
8 tortillas of medium flour, warmed
1 1 / 2CUPS Chopped lawyer
1/2 cup of chopped fresh coriander

How to do it

  1. Preheat the fryer to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, pull chickpeas, adobo, salt and pepper to completely handle.
  3. Using a slit spoon, place the chickpeas in the air air basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket twice during cooking, until tender.
  4. To assemble, Scoop 1/4 cup of chickpeas in a tortilla, then at the top with lawyer and Cilantro. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling. Serve hot.
