How to do:

Mix together in a large bowl until all ingredients are combined.

Using a little flour, butter and milk, you are able to make a thick sauce for a lot less calories. Our only clue? Fraînement shred the cheese yourself! Shredded cheese is usually sold packaged with cellulose above to ensure that the cheese does not stick. This cellulose cause a strange parting with your cheese sauce, so if you want it to be really corny, skip the bagged stuff and shred the cheese yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cumin rests
  • 1/2 c.

How to do:

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Sprinkle in flour and whisk. While the flour begins to dissolve in the butter and brown create clumps, slowly pour in the milk, beating. Once the milk is completely incorporated, whisk Greek yogurt and shredded cheese. Sprinkle in the cumin and salt and continue to whisk until the cheese is completely melted into the sauce.

How to do:

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz. Box of chickpeas, drained
  • 2 c. Aquafaba Soup (Chick Peas Water)
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c.

How to do:

Open a box of chickpeas. Remove 2 tablespoons chickpear water (also called Aquafaba) before draining the rest of the box. Add all drained chickpeas, Aquafaba and the rest of the ingredients to a culinary robot. Mix up to smooth consistency.
