Grilled corn with soft heat chili

You will need
4 corn ears, wooded
1 tablespoon of grape oil
3 c.
2 c. Tret Ancho Chile Powder
1/2 c. Garlic powder tea
1/4 TSP Chipotle Powder Powder
1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup
Hot sauce
Salt pepper
How to do it
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Pull the corn envelopes, let them intact at the base of the COBB. Remove corn bristles. Brush with arched corn with grape oil and a season with salt.
- Grill, corn turning from time to time until corn is slightly carbonized on all sides, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chili ancho powder, garlic powder and chipotle chili powder and cook to grilled and fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add pure maple syrup and a few dashes of hot sauce. Taste and add more if you prefer it hotter.
- Season with salt and pepper according to your taste. Transfer corn to a service tray and brush all Chile maple butter. Serve with a hot sauce on the side.
