According to a frank revelation of Hooters Employee.
We all know a lot ofRestaurants Struggled during the pandemic, but not so much those who provide unique dinner experiences to customers ... like hooters. While a decline in sales over the past year has forced the salacious bar chain to update some of their approaches (such as taking theirnew chain fast), a Hooters server led to Tiktok to reveal a handful of hooters rules that have not changed much.
Tiktok User @Kaylaannlol is a hooter server with more than 64,000 subscribers on the media social platform. Kayla documents his experiences in his work and shares revelations about what is happening behind the scenes of Hoors.

Hoors servers must wear makeup.
Kayla reveals that women who work in Hoors have to wear makeup, but it must be natural. "The makeup I'm wearing right now would not be ok for work," says Kayla, referencing eye shadows of charcoal.

Hoors servers must wear their hair capped at work.
No nodes dry shampoo for this crew-Kayla says Hooters must have their hair. If it's colored, it must be in a natural tone. (Certainly, a departure of some of the old days' servers!)

HOOTERS servers must be adapted to women.
"Nobody wants the girl to feel like if we try to get with his boyfriend," says Kayla with reference to when Hoors servers serve male-women couples. As such, they are formed to avoid direct contact with the male in these situations. (Although we are not sureHowler Is a dream place for the night, just us?)

HOOTERS does not consider that their employees are "servers".
Apparently, although they serve you food and drinks-hooters employees are not considered servers. "We are considered artists," says Kayla, "because we put the uniform and we play a certain role we play." (We think you're great just to be you, but this favorite weight loss trick of the celebrity coachis interesting.)
This role is to be the girl next door or "an American cheerleader".
"It's literally in the job description," reveals Kayla.
