A given uniform
The Polish Museum Society of Ogniwo in Winnipeg received one of the most amazing donations of all time. It was something that museum collectors would never have been expected. What was this gift that the museum could have never asked? It was a uniform dating back to the 1920s, being carried by a soldier of the Polish army. It was a piece of historical fabric. And the museum was extremely delighted to find something incredible. The museum examined the uniform closer to bind its initial value to history. They carefully examined each badge on the pockets, the company that made it and the fabric used in the manufacture of uniform to be sure of its authenticity. The uniform was given with a pair of boots. When considering the uniform, the museum archivist, Marta Dabros found something interesting in the pockets.
Some pictures
What DABROS found inside one of the uniform pockets was really incredible. There were images of the 1900s. Probably from the times of war while they were all black and white. She could easily say that these images were invaluable to her real owner. They were a treasure for him to cherish all his life. A very detailed look at the images left Dabros wondering ... These images helped Dabros to confirm the originality of this uniform. These snaps were taken to the army. Dabros could even understand the man in the photos that once bore this uniform more than 70 years ago. There was something more than it could discover these images. The soldier wearing this uniform once had a very rich life in the army.Dabros was now curious from the origin of this uniform.
Lucas Kulczycki
DABROS has undertaken all possible possible investigations. She sought online on the Polish army, their military camps and any record past soldiers as appropriate. Just a little curiosity and research gave Dabros the expected answers. His investigation paid. The man on the pictures was a doctor in the Polish army named Lucas Kulczycki. The military officer moved to Manitoba and did not take his uniform.
Submerged girl
Dabros finally visited the Schilders Residence. His daughter was extremely surprised to discover that his father's uniform that was almost 70 years old knock on the door. It was the least awaited surprise they could never receive. Schilder was also surprised to see that the uniform was perfectly kept and in box all these years.
It's all yours
DABROS offered the uniform box to the former military officer. She also said to everyone she did not bring all the way to learn more about it, but she returns this uniform to her real and true owner. This uniform holds a lot of memories of Lucas Kulczycki, from his days to the Polish army and camps. It was almost impossible for the museum to accept a uniform when his owner was alive to cherish him and preserve it during a life.
