A team of researchers has decided to explore Mount Llullaillaco South America. They were waiting for revolutionary discoveries that the summit was not explored a lot. They did not know what they were about to find was not only will create a ripple in the archaeologists community, but the whole world.

Johan Reinhard, residence explorer of the National Geographic Society and his team were walking towards this mountain for several days and now as they had arrived, they thought of taking a little rest. He is an incident that took place in March 1999.

Continuous efforts

On March 16, 1999, they decided to take a little rest as they walked continually facing rainfall falls and wild winds at the top of Mount Llullaillaco from South America with a height of 20,000 feet. They had been looking for this site all this time. They had great hopes with this place, but they had never planned what was on the horizon.

It was not the first time, Dr. Reinhard wandered on Mount Llullailla. He had made several visits at this place. He used to examine the ruins and try tracks to reach the top of the mountain. The team faces the worst situation previous month when they had to fight against violent winds and snow around the top. Coming down

Archaeologists got off the summit to be welcomed by Argentine military vehicles. They fell from the top with a cargo of fossils covered with plastic, insulating foam, and snow.
