Ingredients:

  • 1 cut banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup skimmed yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 sliced ​​onions
  • 1 sliced ​​red or green pepper
  • pepper
  • 400g of cut tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil soup
  • 4 eggs
  • Green smell to taste

Optional:

  • 2 kneaded garlic
  • 6 spoons of Greek yogurt soup

Instructions:

Safe onions and peppers in olive oil until they start getting soft. Add the tomatoes and sugar and cook on low heat until the liquid has reduced. Season to taste.

Make 4 holes in the sauce with a wooden spoon, and break an egg inside each of them. Cover the pan and let the eggs cook.

If you want, mix the yogurt with the crumpled garlic and season the taste. Place the green smell over the sauce and eggs and serve, with yogurt sauce as a follow up.
