Your body is the precious temple of your mind, soul and spirit that allows you to live your life to the fullest. It allows you to experience emotions, communicate with people, be creative and build significant relationships. This body is the first thing we know when we are born because we learn to realize the environment using our senses. Learn to accept and love this beautiful body because your life would not be possible without it. Book a time to feed you with healthy foods, create a suitable diet for you, do some exercises to make it healthier and try to do yoga or qigong to reconnect with your body at all levels. Your body has its own pace and needs. It can feel tired when you stay up late and it may need to go out for a walk when you prefer to stay at home to watch a TV show. Organizing your closet will make room for new things to enter your life, including new relationships, hobbies and positive events.
