1. You will fall asleep faster

2. You will not be sweaty

Some people wake up in the middle of the night because of the heat, others have cold sweats in the early hours of the morning. It turns out that you just use socks to sleep to avoid this. It is also particularly beneficial for those who usually have cold feet. The socks warm the feet, which dilates the blood vessels, helping the blood to circulate efficiently and therefore regulating the body temperature better.
