Even without scientific insights it is clear that the coffee creates addictive. If we talk in terms of science we immediately understand that it is not a simple habit. How many times happened to you to feel irritated, fogged, with sorrows to the head, if we spill a cup of coffee? This is because caffeine binds to certain receptors in the brain that stimulate sleep. Without coffee, energy decreases and the body enters the abstinence phase.
