Yuenyeung (Hong Kong)

We usually drink coffee with milk but, how about mixing it with milk tea? This is exactly the way the people of Hong Kong likes to drink their coffee. It can be served on the side or right to the coffee cup. It is said that lemon acidity brings out the sweetness of coffee so, actually, it is not necessary to add sugar!

Türk Kahvesi (Turkey)

The Turks go crazy about coffee, giving the world one of the most delicious ways to prepare it: through a small brass, copper or clay pot called Cezve. Coffee, finely ground, is mixed together with sugar and other spices, depending on tastes. It is prepared in a cezve and should not be brought to a boil, just wait until the foam begins to climb.
