1. Roll Nori fast with cucumber and lawyer
If you have never done your own sushi, do not be intimidated by these rollers. They do not even have seafood! With a rice, cucumber and lawyer base, this nori veggie roll makes fresh vegetables taste absolutely delicious. Play around vegetables that you include with a certain variety and serve with a low sodium soy sauce.

2. Summer sun salad
This sunny summer salad is packaged with sweet corn nuclei, zoodles (zucchini noodles), cherry tomatoes in the sun, olive oil, vinegar and parsley, with goat cheese in Optional herb crust. The brightest food, better your mood! Take advantage of your local farmer's market and do it as soon as possible.

Much better than a salad and more coaty. Perfect for offspring and ends in the refrigerator, as well as mixed frozen vegetables.


5. Chickpear Salad Sandwich
This chickpea salad sandwich is a dream of Mediterranean lunch inspired by the curry that has come true. Do not overload on chickpeas or you risk feeling a little gassie. These pita pockets are nourishing and filled with vibrant flavors and textures that blend perfectly.

6. Lawado CREMA HALLOUMI SANDWICH
This sandwich is a shout for all vegetarians there. There is nothing we love more than lawyers and cheese, and this recipe capitalizes on this green. He is a lawyer, CREMA and HALLOUMI SANDWICH. The CREMA can be subbed with Greek yogurt and is associated with unusually fleshy cheese and vegetables on rustic Ciabatta.

If you have not heard of this Israel Delicatessen, it can be basically eaten for any meal of the day. This tomato stew and tomato eggs with a pot is incredibly tasty and gluten free and nutritious. Opt out of the chicken sausage if you are not a carnivore - it will not sacrifice any tastes!
