1. Get enough sleep
Many people think that to feel happier, they need to dig deep and do some research on the soul, you know, pretend that Julia Roberts in "Eat praying love". But in reality, you have to start with the basics like getting at least 8 hours of sleep and go to bed at a reasonable time every day.
2. Eat healthy
If you tend to feel slow throughout the day, and especially after a meal, you probably do not eat the good thing. Try to change your diet, eat more fresh vegetables and less Stodgy food. Make sure you drink plenty of water too.
3. Move more
