1. Packing
It could be a very obvious tip to follow, but many people forget that the weather can vary during the day. If it looks sunny and warm in the morning, but it may not be snowless. You can not prepare for all situations but have a stride or pair of gloves in your bag can be sufficient to stay warm. You do not have to underestimate the layers as part of your daily mode choices. If you move a lot, warm and comfortable boots will allow you to go to the cold, it's one of the main causes of getting sick!
2. Vitamin C at the rescue
Health supplements can prepare our immune system at any incoming danger. In summer, we receive most vitamins and minerals of fresh fruits and vegetables. Our winter regime changes slightly, because fresh foods are not cultivated locally and do not contain macro and micro-elements needed to support our health. Long walks through a winter forest could be good help for your immune system. Make sure to put warm clothes however. If you are not ready for such a commitment, do light exercises every morning will have a good start to improve your health.

Vitamin D makes you not only happier, it also helps your immune system. The easiest way to get it is going out to have sun. Even 20 minutes outside can give you an accusation of happy hormones. The oil of milk and fish liver is another source of vitamin D, however, you will need to take them regularly to get a real advantage.
6. Do not forget to sleep
With the change of clocks and natural shortening of days, your sleep cycle could suffer. You may have noticed that it's more difficult to wake up during the winter when it's always dark outdoors. Define your alarm 10 minutes earlier and swoozing with a light on your normal wake up time will facilitate the first time to start your day. Relaxing before bed is also very important because stress has a negative effect on your immune system. Take the time to enjoy your life and be happy, no matter where you are!
