Party tea for the police officer who saved his life
It's not every day that you can see a complete adult man having a tea party with a little girl. What makes this even more surprising is that the adult man of this tea is a policeman and not his father. How did it happen? Well, it's a comforting story, if we say it.
It's not every day that you can see a complete adult man having a tea party with a little girl. What makes this even more surprising is that the adult man of this tea is a policeman and not his father. How did it happen? Well, it's a comforting story, if we say it.
This adorable tea took place in Texas. A 2-year-old Bexley invited his friend, leader Patrick Ray from Rowlett Texas police department, to his tea party to celebrate their special friendship. His parents also hired a photographer to capture this special day for Bexley. As you can see, the two unlikely friends look very happy and seem to enjoy tea. "But how did this little girl have a friendship with a policeman," you could ask. Well, the circumstances in which they met were not as beautiful as the tea you see right now.
About a year ago, Bexley played in the pool with his brothers and sisters and his mother, when suddenly his lips became blue and she is completely climbing. Parents were very worried and composed immediately 911 for an emergency.
"She went completely box," explains Bexley's mother. "It was more than falling asleep. She has just collapsed. I looked in his eyes and she was so distant. We had no idea that she had otherwise ingestion. "
At the time, Officer Patrick Ray was on his lunch break, but decided to pick up the call anyway. He rushed to the Parents of Bexley gave him as soon as he could. Bexley's father came out of the house, holding Bexley in his arms, as soon as he heard the police car sirens. The Patrick Ray office immediately understood what was the problem. He grabbed his father's little girl and immediately tried to open his mouth and make a finger on his esophagus to make sure she breathed correctly. It turns out that Bexley swallowed a penny and officer Ray saved his life with this rapid sweep of esophagus. It took him only 27 seconds.
Bexley and the Ray officer have since since friends since. So when he was invited to Bexley's tea party, he could not possibly refuse. "It was something I just could not refuse because I knew it was going to be really special for his mother and Bellley," says Ray. "I have two boys, so I can not do that kind of things you do with a little girl. She is a darling. She is my best friend."
He also says that he will probably be teased about this Tea Party photoshoot at work, but it does not bother me. After all, it is an honor to be able to go to a tea party of a toddler of life you saved.
