For most tourists, Paris is the main attraction, and rightly. This city is amazing and an absolute must to see for all self-proclaimed travelers. However, France has much more to offer. What many tourists and travelers do not know is that many France is hidden from most people's eyes. And there are several corners and cranny that you do not see in your daily life. There are private courses and parks and buildings and hotels that have a unique architecture that is generally limited for those who are not the owners or inhabitants of these locations.
Fortunately, there is a "live architecture festival", which takes place in the south of France, especially in a beautiful city of Montpellier. He gives everyone an opportunity to see these secret locations in France who are generally hidden from the eyes of the spectators. The goal of this festival is to reflect on the ever-changing architecture in today's urban context. It highlights young architects and urban and their projects, but the best thing about what art facilities and projects are not displayed in a museum or art exhibition. Instead, facilities take place in secret classes and hotels and all kinds of unique places that are generally not open to the public.
Let's look at more close to 2 facilities that have attracted our attention this year. First of all let's talk about "a moment of dream and contemplation". This beautiful installation was created by Maxime Derrouch, Typain Le Goff and Emeline Marty. They suspended dozens of paper cranes in a spiral form as a shape in one of the courses. Paper cranes vary in size, they are small at the bottom of the spiral and become greater while getting closer to the top. Paper cranes are intended to symbolize innovation and ideas and how they begin to get out small but the greatest you aim that ideas become big at the beginning.
The second installation we would like to mention is called "head in the clouds". This dream facility was created by Mickaël Martins, Afonso and Caroline Escaffre-Faure. The idea was to create a quiet and peaceful place, far from the humm and buzz of the city. They suspended what looks like clouds apparently in the middle of the air. Inside the "clouds", you can put your head in, inside, it is much quieter and completely dark. It's supposed to be a very interesting way to get away from your problems and relax with your "head in the clouds".
